Friends of Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra
Making friends through Chinese music

The "Friends of Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra" was established in March 1998, as an organization to promote Chinese music to those interested in the art form. It provides Friends with ticket discounts, free mailings of orchestra updates and opportunities join in different kinds of Friends' activities. The Orchestra established a Friend Volunteer Team in 2004. Friends are welcome to participate and help to organize large-scale activities.

Annual membership valid from 1 September till next year 31 August.

Half year membership valid from 1 March till the same year 31 August.

  For every HKCO 48th Anniversary orchestral season concert (except free concerts) that you have attended, you will receive one stamp.With the following number of stamps, you could redeem free# tickets to HKCO concerts as follows:
  5 stamps: 1 free mid-priced ticket ($250-$350) in the 48th orchestral season
  8 stamps: 2 free mid-priced tickets($250-$350) in the 48th orchestral season
  11 stamps: 2 free top-priced tickets ($450*) in the 48th or 49th orchestral
  season and 50% discount for annual individual membership upon renewal
